Frontier Developments Crowned Best Studio at the Develop:Star Awards 2026

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV), are pleased to announce the studio has been recognised at this year’s Develop:Star Awards with the Best Studio Award, marking an incredibly successful 12 months for the Cambridgeshire developer, which recently reported record financial results over the same window.

Nominated in recognition of the studio’s continued achievements, the Best Studio Award recognises developers who have achieved exceptional critical and commercial success. This award highlights the significant achievements Frontier have made in the last year, including the launch of critically acclaimed Creative Management Simulation (CMS) game Jurassic World Evolution 3, and the continued growth of the Cambridge-based studio. This momentum continues throughout the company, with the rest of the year packed with additional content for Planet Coaster 2, Elite Dangerous and Jurassic World Evolution 3, alongside the release of Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Deathwatch and Planet Zoo 2, the sequel to Frontier’s groundbreaking zoo management game.  

This award recognises Frontier’s continued investment in our people and games, alongside the studio's critical and commercial success. With over 600 people at the studio and more than 30 roles currently being recruited for, Frontier continues to support and develop our teams while creating successful games for players around the world.
