Junior/Graduate Games Designer

Frontier is looking for a new designer to help build the exciting opportunities that are now available to us.

The role is focused on content creation and involves using a range of software and in house tools to design, document,  and balance a wide variety of compelling game play experiences.

Key Attributes

Adaptable and creative with a solid, practical understanding of game mechanics and genres. 

Self motivated and proactive, whilst also able to work under guidance and as part of a team.

Good at communicating both verbally and visually as well as building relationships within a team.

Ability to apply artistic and programmatic perspectives to work.

Capable of producing clear and concise documentation, analyzing problems and finding the most efficient and effective solutions.

Quick to pick up and learn new tool sets.

Ability to estimate work and take responsibility for delivering it on time and to the required level of finish. 


Industry experience is not a prerequisite.

Use of game editing tools like Unreal, Unity and/or 3d packages like Max Maya and scripting experience, Lua, python or equivalent would be beneficial.
