On 26 February 2026, the Company announced its intention to execute a share buyback of up to 1,429,327 Ordinary shares or £8m. The Buyback will be carried out under the general authority granted by shareholders at the 2025 AGM and follows on from the completion of an on-market buyback of £10 million in October 2025.
