Open Day

On Wednesday 12th March 2008 Frontier Developments Ltd. will hold its first ever official Open Day.  If you are considering a career in the games industry this event, held at Frontier's Cambridge offices in the U.K., aims to give you the chance to find out all you ever wanted to know but haven't had the opportunity to ask.

There will be separate programming, art, animation and games design tracks run by Frontier developers, as well as overview presentations on the industry by David Braben and David Walsh, our Founder and Managing Director respectively.  Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and we will contribute up to £50 to your travel expenses.  The event will start at 11 a.m. and end before 4 p.m.

The day is designed to let you get the maximum possible out of it, so there will be lots of opportunity to speak to people who have a wealth of experience in your chosen field as well as more recent graduates, and to discuss your work and their experiences.

Places are limited, so we are inviting anyone interested in attending to get in touch with us before February 15th  - please apply via the link on the right.

We will notify you no later than February 22nd if you have a place.

Frontier is based on Cambridge's Science Park, with easy access from the A14.  Cambridge train station is a 20 minute taxi ride away, and has fast non-stop connections to Kings Cross.  You can find Frontier's full contact details on the Contact section of this web-site.

If you have any further questions about the open day, please get in touch with us via hr@frontier.co.uk.
