We also pay competitive salaries, we have a bonus scheme that gives each person a share of 15% of the profits in the company and we incentivise people to stay with us for the long term via a generous, government-approved share option scheme. And we offer 25 days holiday (plus Public Holidays) a year, rising to 30 after 10 year’s service.
